How can counselling help you?

As a psychotherapist my role is to provide a comfortable, safe space to help you address your concern, to support you as you examine your life and make changes if you want to. I am trained in several therapeutic approaches which allow me to be empathic, non-judgemental, and open. I offer space to reflect, invite clients to be courageous, whilst respecting pace, confidentiality, culture and race. We work together to explore options and solutions, the final decision is always yours.

Individuals from all backgrounds are welcome, in particular those from communities who historically cannot or do not have access to therapy.

Culturally sensitive therapy embraces those from global majority communities. A sensitivity to Faith provides space for individuals who wish to explore faith and spiritual beliefs.
